- KASA recommends buyers to set up a Thai Limited Company for investors who wish to invest and use the rental income and profits after tax and use the property as a legal business entity.
Alternatively, KASA will provide options for a professional legal service team to assist you in setting up a Thai Limited Company in order for you to obtain your property legally and effortlessly.
- Invest USD 1 million in approved Thai investment strategies: Alternatively, an investor may choose to invest a minimum of 1 million USD in Thai companies, securities or stocks. After which, the investor may seek approval from Thailand’s Board of Investment Promotion (BOI) to hold a freehold title. Upon approval, the investor may then be permitted to hold a freehold title for property of up to 1,600 square meters.
